On 2nd and 3rd October, Nuclear South West welcomed industry experts to its fourth annual showcase and conference in the region.
As one of the biggest nuclear events in the UK, the 2-day gathering saw more than 200 delegates get together to demonstrate their capabilities and share opportunities from across new build, decommissioning, SMR, AMR and skills. Amongst the attendees were 10 speakers explaining how they’re contributing to the UK’s ambition to become a net zero carbon economy by 2050.
Speakers such as Prof Tom Scott, South West Nuclear Hub, Tom Greatrex, NIA, and Simon Parsons EDF, presented valuable insights on the nuclear sector, the campaigns they are running and their vision for the future .
