G7 urged to back nuclear extensions to tackle climate and security issues
The leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) large, industrialised nations should incentivise the extension of the operating life of existing nuclear reactors and support the restart of others to help achieve the goal of achieving a low-carbon and secure energy supply, the nuclear industry has said.

Nuclear Week in Parliament

The purpose of Nuclear Week in Parliament is to promote, and raise awareness among MPs of, the opportunities that nuclear energy presents within the UK, The events programme will bring together key stakeholders and decision makers to hold productive conversations and to help drive forward the UK nuclear industry.
