Preparing to deliver
This fully funded* workshop, delivered by Exelin (part of the Professional Services Group for HPC), is aimed at senior business leaders and will:
Outline the key principles of project management
Identify the stages of planning and implementing a successful project
Define the roles and responsibilities within a project team
Highlight the project management gaps within your business
The event is delivered by the Hinkley Supply Chain Programme, led by SWMAS in collaboration with Somerset Chamber of Commerce and Business West.
This workshop is fully funded for SME (small/medium enterprise) companies based in Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, and South Wales. If you are an LE (large enterprise) or based outside of the above specified areas, there will be a charge of £125 to attend this event.
